The house, which features two apartments with a total of 5 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. It is situated on one of the green hills of Agios Stefanos, just under 200 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafés, and a small supermarket. Thanks to its convenient location, our guests enjoy peace and quiet away from through traffic and restaurant noise, while still being right in the heart of things.
The short walk up to the house is rewarded with views of the sea and Agios Stefanos.
The two apartments can be rented individually or together by a large family or group of friends. Each apartment has its own entrance, ensuring your privacy.
When renting the entire house, the spacious terrace of the “Villa Jasmina” apartment offers a cozy gathering spot for all guests. The house is an ideal place to come together while still enjoying the individual freedom of each apartment.
The largest apartment, designed in the style of a bungalow, features 3 large bedroomsand a cozy living area, offering plenty of space for families or groups of friends of up to 6 people. Make yourself comfortable on the large couch, enjoy movie nights together, or share meals at the dining table, which has room for everyone. The spacious, sheltered, and furnished terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors—ideal for starting the day with coffee or breakfast while listening to the sound of the sea, and ending it with a glass of wine.
After a sunny day at the beach, which is just a stone's throw away, the open-concept kitchen and living area invites you to cook together and relax. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare fresh, local ingredients for a delicious dinner and reflect on the day's unforgettable moments.

“A luxurious apartment, spotlessly clean, located right near the beautiful beach, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, yet in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.
The hostess was excellent; she was waiting for us when we arrived in the evening and was always immediately available and very helpful throughout our stay. We were greeted with water and fruit. I highly recommend it to both families with children and any group."
